How to order:
|If you see a particular model you're interested in, send us an email inquiry
by following our
Us! link, or send an email to

call at the shop: 315-525-6388. International orders, dial: +1-315-525-6388.
Phone hours are 8-5 M-F, EST. Emails are answered as quickly as possible,
(usually within minutes), well outside these hours, and on all weekends/holidays.
If you're submitting your order through email, tell me what you'd like to purchase along with the shipping destination
and POSTAL CODE,
and I'll send you a total
including shipping and insurance. During normal business hours, I will often
have an email response back to you within minutes. (PLEASE NOTE: If
you're emailing me from an AOL account, for some strange reason, AOL (and
some others) thinks
my email replies are spam, so please check your spam folder - my reply will
most likely be in there.)
When I receive your payment, I will send you a confirmation email, as well
as a shipping/tracking number. International orders are welcome!

bank wire transfers accepted!

|Cashiers checks, postal money orders, Western Union,
are also gladly accepted. Personal checks are no problem as well, but
must clear before a shipment can go out.
|Also acceptable for payment: silver and 24K gold gram or ounce, bars
and coins. Spot price for gold given at time of order. Spot
price minus $2/oz given for silver. Email for details.
|Shipping rates are individually calculated per transaction based on your zip
code and package weight. All domestic packages Monday through Friday are shipped
the same day
via UPS. Friday orders after 3:30 PM EST, and all Saturday and Sunday orders are
shipped the following Monday morning.
International shipments Monday through Saturday are sent out the same day
through the US Postal Service. Saturday orders after 1:00 PM EST, and all
Sunday orders are shipped the following Monday morning. All shipments to
Italy MUST have full insurance.

here. Please be aware that USPS tracking information can sometimes be more
confusing that it's helpful - that's normal - so keep that in mind when viewing
their tracking info!
|Because you can hear the actual cymbal
before purchase, returns are pretty rare; however, if when you receive the
cymbal, and it's not to your liking, I will offer to swap it out for
something else, (or store credit) for a period NOT EXCEEDING 7 days. This is strictly
enforced. The customer is only responsible for extra shipping charges.
There are no service charges or restocking fees. (This excludes used
cymbals, closeouts, cymbals sent to international destinations,
custom/special orders, and anything that's been custom riveted, or put on
layaway. These pieces
are not returnable.)
*New York state residents are required to pay 8 % sales tax. All sales
to Indonesia and Africa must use Western Union as the sole payment option, and
